RN Preceptor 2nd Edition Now Available

The second edition of RN Preceptor is now available as well as updated resources on the web site. Development Plans are provided the end of each chapter in Mastering Precepting: Preceptor Development Plans for chapters 1-13, a Manager Plan for selecting, supporting, and sustaining preceptors (chapter 14), and a plan for planning and implementing a Preceptor Program (chapter 15). We are pleased to also provide templates for each plan in MSWord format that you can download and modify as needed.
